목자이신 예수그리스도에 대한 묘사

 

1) 목자

(사 40:11) 그분께서는 목자같이 자기 양 떼를 먹이시고 어린양들을 자기 팔로 모아 품에 안아 옮기시며 어린것들과 함께하는 어미들을 부드럽게 인도하시리로다.
(사 40:11, KJV) He shall feed his flock like a shepherd： he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.

(겔 34:23) 내가 한 목자를 그들 위에 세우고 그가 그들을 먹이게 하리니 그는 곧 내 종 다윗이라. 그가 그들을 먹이고 그들의 목자가 되리라.

(겔 34:23, KJV) And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd.

(겔 37:24) 내 종 다윗이 그들을 다스리는 왕이 되리니 그들 모두에게 한 목자가 있으리라. 그들이 또한 내 판단의 법도 안에서 걸으며 내 법규를 지켜 행하리라.

(겔 37:24, KJV) And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd： they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them.

2) 이스라엘의 반석인 목자

(창 49:24) 그의 활이 강하고 그의 손의 팔이 야곱의 능하신 [하나님]의 손으로 말미암아 강하게 되었나니 (거기서부터 목자 곧 이스라엘의 돌이 나오는도다.)

(창 49:24, KJV) But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob; (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:)

3) 목자장

(벧전 5:4) 그리하면 [목자]장께서 나타나실 때에 너희가 사라지지 아니하는 영광의 관을 받으리라.

(벧전 5:4, KJV) And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

 

4) 선한 목자

(요 10:11) 나는 선한 목자니라. 선한 목자는 양들을 위해 자기 생명을 주거니와

(요 10:11, KJV) I am the good shepherd： the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

(요 10:12) 목자가 아닌 삯군 곧 양들이 자기 것이 아닌 자는 이리가 오는 것을 보면 양들을 버리고 도망하나니 이리가 그것들을 붙잡아가고 또 양들을 헤치느니라.

(요 10:12, KJV) But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth： and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.

(요 10:13) 삯군이 도망하는 것은 그가 삯군이므로 양들을 돌보지 아니하기 때문이라.

(요 10:13, KJV) The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.

(요 10:14) 나는 선한 목자라 내 양들을 알고 내 양들도 나를 아노라.

(요 10:14, KJV) I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

(요 10:15) [아버지]께서 나를 알 듯이 나도 [아버지]를 아노니 나는 양들을 위해 내 생명을 내놓느니라.

(요 10:15, KJV) As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father： and I lay down my life for the sheep.

 

5) 큰 목자

(히 13:20) 이제 양들의 큰 목자이신 우리 [주] 예수님을 영존하는 언약의 피를 통해 죽은 자들로부터 다시 이끌어 내신 평강의 [하나님]께서

(히 13:20, KJV) Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,

(히 13:21) 예수 그리스도를 통해 모든 선한 일에서 너희를 완전하게 하사 자신의 뜻을 행하게 하시고 자신의 눈앞에서 매우 기쁜 것을 너희 안에서 이루시기를 원하노라. 영광이 그분께 영원무궁토록 있기를 원하노라. 아멘.

(히 13:21, KJV) Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

(벧전 2:24) 친히 나무에 달려 자신의 몸으로 우리의 죄들을 지셨으니 이것은 죄들에 대하여 죽은 우리가 살아서 의에 이르게 하려 하심이라. 그분께서 채찍에 맞음으로 너희가 고침을 받았나니

(벧전 2:24, KJV) Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness： by whose stripes ye were healed.

(벧전 2:25) 너희가 전에는 길 잃은 양 같았으나 지금은 너희 혼의 [목자]요 [감독]이신 분에게로 돌아왔느니라.

(벧전 2:25, KJV) For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.
